About Swedish Solar Energy Association

Our vision is for individuals and companies to have access to solar energy in an efficient, smart, and economical way, where Swedish solar energy companies should be among the leading ones in Europe. Together we contribute to the green energy shift where it is easy to live on renewable energy.

This is how the Swedish electricity production looked like in 2023. As you can see, there is far too little yellow on the map.

Solar energy should account for at least fifteen percent of the total energy use and energy production in Sweden 2030. We believe that this is not an unrealistic goal. It is what is required for the planet and us humans that live on it.

A bronze membership can be compared to a support membership. It presents an affordable option for smaller businesses.

Silver

SEK 28,500

A silver membership with Svensk Solenergi is an affordable alternative. In addition you receive an increased exposure on our website.

Gold

SEK 33,500

A gold membership at Svensk Solenergi is the standard package and it is the most common choice.

Platinum

SEK 99,000

As a platinum member at Svensk Solenergi, you receive all the best that we offer. In addition you receive an increased exposure on our website and in our external communication.

Differences between being a member in the platinum versus the gold category

  • Platinum companies have the opportunity once a year to have their own 10-minute presentation on one of our digital webinars. This is done at the beginning of the webinar and is called "förmingel" in Swedish, i.e. usually at 8.05-8.15. If you work at a platinum company and want to speak at one of our upcoming gatherings, please contact us so you can get into the program.
  • Platinum companies are allowed to post three free job ads each year on our website, while gold companies are allowed to post two.
  • In our screen backgrounds in all our external presentations, the logos of the platinum companies are always displayed.
  • During 2022, we attended 12 trade fairs and represented the association and member companies. Then we always had a roof dome with the logos of the platinum companies that could be seen throughout the exhibition hall. That is what we will do in 2023 too.
  • The platinum companies do not end up higher than the gold companies in our member database. However, gold and platinum end up ahead of silver, bronze and copper.

Why solar energy?

Most people today are aware that the Earth's resources are running out and that the climate is one of the greatest challenges of our time. Solar energy is a renewable energy source that does not run out. Choosing the power of the sun is a step in the right direction for both humanity and the environment.

The choice of solar energy is also economically sustainable due to reduced electricity costs, storage options and self-sufficiency. Our member companies stand for quality and are a given choice when it is time to take the step and install solar energy.
